Anthony McConville

Managing Director and Player Agent. Anthony has had over 25 years’ experience as a player agent and has managed some of the biggest names in the game. Anthony is widely regarded in the industry as one of the leading AFL player agents and prides himself on having an extremely close relationship with all of his clients.

Tom McConville

Player Agent. Tom has completed a double degree in Business and Sports Management while working for the company since 2013. He has a full understanding of the Under 18 talent pathway and has a large role to play in working with AFL recruiters and potential draftees. Tom also assists with the marketing and media promotions for all clients.

Brett Deledio

Brett established himself as one of the game’s best players throughout his 275 game career with Richmond and the GWS Giants. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience when dealing with all clients ranging from draftee hopefuls to established senior AFL players. Brett has a strong passion for developing players on and off the field.
